*I recommend the 1 inch spring for 335 style guitars because the Bigsby arm, over the archtop, sets the arm a little to close to the body.

BIGSBY® B6 with TOWNER Hinge Plate Adaptor

The BIGSBY® B6 is preferred for ES-330 and 335 style guitar models because the B6 is longer and suits the longer ES style guitar bodies.

The BIGSBY® B6 will come to you already modified for your convenience.

The TOWNER System provides a screw-less system and innovation of string control with the down tension bar and the hinge plate adaptor provides a flat surface for all strap button and strap lock buttons. The BIGSBY® “EX-SHORT” Hinge Plate and Hinge Pin replace the B6 Hinge Plate.

*NOTES:

I recommend the 1" inch spring for B6’s, provides a comfortable distance between the guitar and the Bigsby arm.

‘Some’ ES-347’s have the studs set lower on the guitar body. If so, use the TOWNER B3 KIT because the studs are set further back on the guitar.
